Have you tried filtering what type of content do you want to see with the rating-label ("E", "T", "M" and "A") option buttons?
If you want to stop seeing NSFW content, then you only have to click on the ''A''-rating option to deactivate it (it will appear marked with a cross, from that moment), and that way you won't have to see NSFW stuff anymore (unless you're unlucky and you encounter a mis-rated submission, which is something that happens on the Portals, from time to time).

I've already done that. Like I'm not phased by most of it but this is the first site I've used that actually lets people post whatever they want without age restrictions lol
